Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

...any help/leads on this material would be wonderful. i have the commentaries on AL and LXV from 1 and 2, and a xerox of 3 that i'll eventually type up if i don't run across a version that's already been put in electronic format, but i've got bupkiss from 4 and i'd love to get the other material from 1 & 2 that doesn't seem to circulate.

thanks!

I found Equinox Volume 1 No. 1-10, not what you're looking for, listing it because I thought you or someone else might be interested
www.scribd.com/people/doc...-p-charlick (again, found on scribd, view with flash without membership, download with membership, which is free.)

This user seems to have a lot of Crowley books, labeled as adult. For some reason searching "equinox" within his documents didn't bring up the eqinox books, but an external search did, and some poking around helped too. I don't know if the adult rating has any effect on this.

Starting page for documents is here: www.scribd.com/people/doc...-p-charlick
He presently has 343 documents in total, many of which people in this group may find interesting. Documents are arranged newest first, so the most recently uploaded document is on page one, the oldest on page 18 e.g.

I have confirmed that links to Equinox Volume 1 No.1 - Equinox Volume 1 No. 10 (Ten separate documents) all work and download properly.
    END FOR NOW

and not to nitpick, but could you please write what you want in the body of the message? I can't cut and paste the topic heading because the browser picks it up as a link and not text. Also, an author is useful for cross referencing a search, in case some of the words are misspelled. Personally I think it would be best to make your general message and then list the books you are looking for on individual lines, with author if known.

      e.g.
Hi guys looking for (Hard to Find Book) by that amazing (obscure author). Also, does anyone know where I can get anything by (Hot Occultist of the Weekk)? They really rocked my friend's socks off and I'd like to learn about (Strange New Version of the Tree of Life).

      Looking for:
Hard to Find Book by Obscure Author
any books by Hot Occultist of the Week
any books about Strange New Version of the Tree of Life
      END EXAMPLE

Of course, this will make posts a little longer but it certainly makes things easier for folks that are trying to help.

      Thanks for reading

      • AJ,

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

        since you ask...

Equinox vol. V no. 1 by Marcelo Motta et al
Equinox vol. V no. 2 by Marcelo Motta et al
Equinox vol. V no. 3 by Marcelo Motta et al
Equinox vol. V no. 4 by Marcelo Motta et al
Thelemic Magick Vol. 2 by Aleister Crowley and Marcelo Motta

...really, though, i doubt that cutting, pasting and searching will yield any fruit besides frustration. i and some friends of mine have been searching for Years to find this stuff - my scant hope is that someone here will happen to have a scan in their private collection.

thanks for the link to volume one - i have hardcopys, but someone here might find it useful.

Thanks for the info. I too have friends interested in these things, hence asking for specific names helps me ask them. I don't just copy/paste things into search engines though, I also keep files on books I might be interested in, or others, just on the off chance that I find something in the used book store, or when people move, etc. I am also on the lookout for things that might help me with my own research, thought it is not for practice but fiction that I am working on.

          Happy Hunting,
          AJ
